| Locate the 1/32" thick Upper Mounting Plate, the two Mounting Ears, the Truck Pivot Boss ('washer like' circle) and the 1/16" thick Upper Motor Yoke. Assemble all of the small components to the Upper Mounting Plate as shown in Photos 7, 8 & 9. There is a scribed circle on top of the Upper Mounting Plate to help locate the Truck Pivot Boss. Use "Pro-Weld" cement for all plastic parts and once that has dried, small fillets of CA cement may be applied to reinforce the parts. Tap the hole in the Upper Motor Yoke for an 0-80 screw as in Photos 8 & 10. Tap the Pivot Boss for a 2-56 screw as in Photo 9. |

| Check your assembly so far. You should have the Bottom Mount screwed to the Truck Frame, with the Upper Motor Mount Plate assembled and tapped. Note the Clear Spacer Block to the right of the Truck in Photo 10. This is placed on the Truck Frame as shown in Photo 11. The Top motor mount is then screwed in place with the Two Long Screws as shown in Photo 13. DO NOT over tighten these screws, or you may break the Upper Motor Mount. Make certain the motor sits flat on the Lower Motor mount and that the worm and spur gears mesh properly before attaching the Upper Motor Mount. Complete the Power Truck modifications by inserting an 0-80 X 3/16" screw as in Photo 12. Photo 13 shows a completed Power Truck Repeat for the second Power Truck and you're ready to move on to the Lowering Kit/Frame Assembly Pages. |
